Maslow’s Theory of Motivation

Abraham Maslow gave this theory of motivation that a person will become motivated as soon as his needs are getting fulfilled. The human needs begins from a low level. These needs keep moving up with time as one level of need is fulfilled. Following is the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs:

Physiological needs:  This is the basic need which includes most fundamental human requirements such as water, shelter, and food.

Need of Safety:  Everyone seeks protection from threats, dangers, and deprivation.

Social Needs: Everyone needs love, friendship, and affiliation to live a life without stress.

Need of Self-esteem:  This is the most important need of people to get respect and recognition in the society.

Self-actualization:  The need for learning, self-development, to be fun loving, and creative. It is the highest level of all needs which any human being can aspire to achieve.

Everyone has to understand their specific need and accordingly hustle to satisfy their needs.

To conclude, we can say that everyone is good and bad at something. But motivation comes from within. We need to learn from everything we do. Be a visionary and motivation will super charge you everyday and build a strong personality.
